The Importance of Curb Appeal

Consy will review your existing area, and suggest the addition or movement of shrubs, plants, rocks and water features. Where appropriate, she encourages the use of sculptures and statues. In doing so she will create the balance and tranquility you desire.
Introducing Curves
The majority of Consy’s exterior design consultations involve creating curb appeal. A home with curb appeal will always create a warm welcome. This is important for the daily lives of the individual property owner(s), and becomes even more important should the property be positioned for sale.
Exterior design consultations begin with a review of the exterior of your home, your office, your space. Consy either send you a basic questionnaire to complete, or arrange to meet you in person to view the property. This is usually dependent on location and timing. Upon completion she will be more familiar with any specific issues you have, and with changes you would like to make to your environment.
Front Entrance “Greeters” and Curb Appeal
Consy will:
• assess the front entrance and create curb appeal.
• place entrance "greeters" using plants, pots or statuary.
• review and to balance elements in the front and the back yard.
• determine where fountains or water features could be placed on the property.
• assist the homeowner with plant selections.
