~ If possible we will work with your existing furniture and accessories. However, if the need arises I use a furniture rental company based in Seattle.

In a robust market 94% of staged homes sell within 30 days. In a slower market it takes 40 days. Unstaged homes stay on the market an average of 165 days.
Why can’t I get people inside my property to look at my beautiful home?
Buyers make up their mind to go inside of a property based on curb appeal within 60 seconds. If the appeal is not visible from the outside, many won’t even go inside.
What about my front yard?
~ I make suggestions for curb appeal improvements which can be coordinated with a landscape crew.

~ It can take from a day to a week, depending on the square footage and the number of rooms to stage.
